Mademoiselle Pimp items are delivered in France and internationally by LA POSTE or via MONDIAL RELAY.
The amount varies depending on the country concerned and the category of items within the order. The shipping costs of the order will be communicated to you at the time of payment. Customs fees for shipments outside France may apply and we are not responsible for them.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is accepted and includes a period of 24 to 72 business hours during which your items are processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the progress of your order.
Mademoiselle Pimp accepts hand deliveries only at the showroom. The appointment will be determined between the customer and Mademoiselle Pimp. We undertake to be available within a maximum of 10 days (except in the case of travel and prior warnings). The customer undertakes to respect the same deadlines. In the event of non-compliance with the deadlines, the payment of a delivery will be requested from the customer.
Delivery problem: If there is a problem with the delivery, do not hesitate to write to us at mademoisellepimp@gmail.com, we will try to help you as best we can. Mademoiselle Pimp is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. No refunds will be given for these reasons.

You can submit an exchange request for any item in your order within 14 days from the delivery date. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. Beyond this, Mademoiselle Pimp reserves the right to refuse the return.
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable.
Your order will be replaced with a coupon for the exchange amount that you can use at any time on our website or in our showroom.
If your purchase has a fault not mentioned at the time of sale: we accept returns and will refund your entire order provided you send us a photo explaining the fault to mademoisellepimp@gmail.com.
The return costs will be at your expense. Also remember to send your package with tracking; if the package does not reach us, and you do not have proof of sending and tracking, we will not be able to refund you.
